Blushin’ Bandit Frozé: A Fan Favorite Returns

Our go-to patio sipper is back! The refreshing Blushin’ Bandit Frosé Wine Slushy, made with ripe white peaches, a bottle of Murrieta’s Well Rosé, and a touch of honeyed sweetness. It’s bright, juicy, and impossibly easy to blend up at home, or better yet, come try our estate version at Murrieta’s Well all season long!

Ingredients

1 bottle Murrieta’s Well Rosé wine
2 ripe white peaches, peeled and sliced (or 1½ cups frozen white peach slices)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1–2 tbsp honey or simple syrup (adjust to taste)
Optional: splash of peach juice or white grape juice for extra sweetness
Ice as needed

Instructions

Freeze the rosé in a shallow pan or ice cube tray for at least 6 hours or overnight until mostly solid (it won’t freeze completely due to alcohol content).

Add frozen rosé, peach slices, lemon juice, honey, and a handful of ice to a blender.

Blend until smooth and slushy. Adjust sweetness or consistency by adding more honey, juice, or ice as needed.

Pour into glasses, garnish with a peach slice or mint sprig if desired, and enjoy immediately!

Pro Tip: For a smoother texture, pre-freeze your peach slices and skip the ice.
