Ingredients

1 prepared pizza dough or flatbread dough (store-bought or homemade)
2–3 ripe tomatoes, sliced
8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
½ cup marinara or crushed tomato sauce
2–3 tbsp basil pesto
1 tbsp olive oil
Sea salt & cracked pepper
Optional: crushed red pepper flakes or balsamic glaze, fresh basil for garnish

Instructions
